Dongzhi festival and tang yuan

Today is dongzhi festival. I'm not really sure what festival it is but i know it's the day when everyone eating tang yuan.

Went to ah pek's yesterday for lunch. Poh-poh made very colourful tang-yuan (blue, white, red, orange, green..) but mummy won't allow me to eat, afraid i might get choked. Come on, i'm already a big girl!!

Chim poh bought me a very pretty white dress! Can't wait to wear it soon.

Papa bought me 2 books today. An ABC book and an animal book.

This evening, poh-poh, yee-poh, ah ngg and ah ming came to my house. We went swimming and we had a lot of fun! Ah ming chie-chie was afraid of water!! She should come more often.

Mummy said I always sleep well after i went to swim. Of course, tired ma!!!

Christmas is coming.....

I love swimming!

Been to the swimming pool quite often these days. I think i'm so brave!!

Should ask poh-poh to come and join me one of these days.

Gung-gung and poh-poh just came back from Bangkok last night. Hope they bought me something....

Er-yee and siao-yee will be going to Singapore soon for holidays. That will leave mummy to take care of me.. He..He.. good luck mummy!

Genting

We went to Genting Highlands last weekend. So many people up there.It was so crowded until no place to walk. Have to queue for so long for every ride.

Ha! Ha! Papa has to pay taxes to Uncle Lim! I had so much fun playing games there!

Managed to meet Ah Xiang sok-sok. He gave me a soft toy tiger. Baby Eugene is so big!! He's now 7.4kg!! Will be bigger than me soon

Gung-gung and poh-poh wll be going to Bangkok. Too bad i cannot go coz daddy is working....

Swimming!

Went shopping this morning. Mummy wanna buy some long-sleeve t-shirt or dress for me but unfortunately didn't find any nice ones. He..he.. I managed to ride on a car....

I think i like swimming now. We went swimming this evening at the condo's swimming pool.

Er-yee will be coming back from australia tomorrow. Hope she bought me something!

Goong-goong and poh-poh will be coming next week. Hurray!!

Today i'm officially 10 months old. Still learning to walk.....

School holidays

It's school holidays now. More buzzing activities waiting ahead!

Siao-yee just came down to kl. Will be here till year end. He..he.. got ppl to bully for one whole month!

gung-gung and poh-poh will be coming to KL soon. I guess we will be paying our annual tax to lim goh tong as usual... But, i don't care, i just want to enjoy the cool air up there. But mummy said school holidays will be cramped with ppl up there.

Papa is making plans for the coming christmas. He plans to take leave for one whole week. Hope he'll bring me somewhere.

Will have a chance to meet my new "sen-sen" (auntie) next month......

Sick...

Hi, i'm back! It's been a while since my last entry.
Last week was the toughest week of my whole life. I was down with high fever last tuesday. Temperature shot up to 39 - 40 oC. My papa had to give me medicine through my back side. So painful!! Also having runny nose and diarrhoea. So, i was very irritable. Crying most of the time.

Papa brought me see a paediatrician last friday. The doctor said it was just a viral gastroenteritis. Will recover on it's own. So i just continue taking the medicine. Seriously, the medicine's taste was terrible! I refused to take it.

Fever finally settled on saturday. When i thought everything was ok, then suddenly rashes developed all over my body!! It was so itchy that i scratched non-stop. Mummy applied calamine lotion for me. Initially, mummy worried it might be dengue, but my papa said it was more due to viral infection. Luckily ah mah came over to help mummy take care of me.

Finally no more rashes since yesterday :) Mummy said i already back to my normal self, as naughty as before. He.. He...

Went shopping today after one whole week stayed at home!! I hate to be sick!!

Weekend escapade

We went back to alor star and kangar again last weekend. I'm always very happy whenever we go back coz can see my grandparents and great grandparents.

Didn't do anything much except makan, makan and makan. Went to the seafood restaurant in kuala perlis as usual. The food there never change. Always the same. But ah chor cooked a nice dinner for us. We had crabs, prawns, balitongs, fishes, see-ham......

School holidays are coming. I'm waiting for goong-goong and poh-poh to come and visit us. Siao yee will be coming later this month. He..he.. will begoing to genting again soon...

Another bit of good news. Ah Weng-sok is getting married next year!! Ha! Ha! Ha!
